Recorded in December 1975 as the band toured between their first two albums (Kokomo, Rise And Shine). The set features songs from both these albums plus previously un-released material. Originally recorded for a live radio broadcast at Nottingham Polytechnic, the band play a mixture of funk rock, soul grooves with great vocal contributions from Tony, Dyan, Paddy & Frank. Comes with a 8-page booklet containing photos, memorabillia and liner notes.
